The AI in Lebanon Conference is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Talal Jaber as Chair of the AI Retreat, which will be held at the Aley Club on July 26, 2025, as one of the conference’s distinguished closing events.

This exclusive retreat will bring together a select group of senior Lebanese officials and AI experts from Lebanon and the diaspora, in a strategic session aimed at formulating key insights and actionable recommendations to support Lebanon’s digital transformation journey.

Dr. Talal Jaber is a prominent lawyer and academic. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Master’s degree in Business Contracts, a Diploma in Anglo-Saxon Law, and a PhD in International Business Law.

He has extensive expertise in business law, arbitration, and professional ethics, and is the author of several books and specialized articles.
