Dr. Sally Hammoud is a leading voice in the fields of artificial intelligence, media strategy, and digital communication. With a Ph.D. in AI Communication and Media Studies, she bridges the gap between emerging technologies and the evolving dynamics of public trust, media literacy, and institutional communication. She is a published author of her book “Artificial Intelligence in Digital Reputation,” offers a deep dive into how AI technologies are transforming the way individuals, organizations, and institutions manage and project their credibility in a digital-first world.
She currently serves as Chief AI Officer at Obsession UAE, where she leads strategic innovation projects that embed AI tools into branding, storytelling, and digital engagement. Her work focuses on AI literacy, responsible AI integration, and the future of communication ecosystems in the MENA region.
Academically, Dr. Hammoud is Chairperson of the Communication Department and Assistant Professor at leading institutions including AUB, LAU, AUST in Lebanon, AUD in Dubai and the IIM in India (IIM). Her academic footprint spans Lebanon, the GCC, and India, reflecting a strong international engagement in both research and pedagogy.
