The AI in Lebanon Conference is expanding its national outreach with the AI Tour Bus, a mobile platform designed to bring artificial intelligence directly to towns and villages nationwide.

 

The goal is simple: empower communities, inspire youth, and build a digitally ready Lebanon, one town at a time.

 

By sponsoring a local stop of the AI Tour, your town or institution will:

 

•Host leading AI experts, speakers, and trainers

•Provide free access to engaging AI workshops, demos, and talks

•Gain nationwide exposure through media and conference channels

 

•A dynamic half-day or full-day stop with:

•Inspiring keynotes and panels

•Practical AI tool demonstrations

•Interactive youth workshops

 

To host a local AI Tour stop, sponsors are asked to provide:

•A venue for 50 –150 attendees (auditorium, hall, etc.)

•Basic logistics: chairs, projector, screen, Wi-Fi, microphone

•On-site volunteers or local support team

•Sponsorship fee: TBD

 

•Acknowledgment on AI in Lebanon website and social media

• Logo visibility on the bus, event banners and AI Tour materials

•Opportunity to speak or present a local initiative during the event

•Invitations to selected sessions at the main conference (July 21–26)
