A recognized leader in the philanthropy and CSR space, Oueida played a pivotal role in co-leading AUB’s BOLDLY AUB fundraising campaign (2017–2024), which successfully raised over $805 million to support education, healthcare, research, and social impact initiatives across Lebanon and the region.

Her strategic leadership in philanthropy has helped shape long-term development programs that are mission-driven and community-focused.

With over two decades of experience, Oueida brings deep expertise in global philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, institutional advancement, alumni engagement, and high-impact events. She is known for building transformative partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, foundations, alumni, and volunteer groups — all while driving sustainable giving models and expanding the university’s regional and international influence.

Oueida’s leadership has earned her several prestigious accolades. She received AUB’s President’s Service Excellence Award in 2010 and the CASE Asia-Pacific Distinguished Service Award in 2024, recognizing her lasting contributions to institutional advancement.

Most recently, she was honored with the Playbook Awards “Leadership Excellence Award” for her visionary leadership and inspiring contributions to the sector.

Beyond AUB, Oueida is a sought-after advisor and consultant, supporting educational institutions across the Gulf and MENA region in establishing development and alumni relations operations grounded in best practice and strategic foresight. She has served three times on the planning committees for advancement conferences organized by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) — a global nonprofit association dedicated to helping professionals in alumni relations, fundraising, communications, and marketing advance education worldwide. In 2024, she joined the faculty of the first-ever CASE Alumni Relations Institute introduced in the Gulf.

A champion of social impact, Oueida serves on the boards of several regional and local NGOs and organizations, including Nusaned, and other grassroots initiatives focused on education, economic resilience, and women’s leadership. She is also a founder of Playbook, a global platform that supports women in leadership and entrepreneurship, serves as the Ambassador for Philanthropy and CSR for the Women Board of Directors (WBD) — championing purpose-driven leadership across the region and a member of Dubai Business Woman Council (WBWC). She is also a member of the Takreem Selection Board and is affiliated with the Lebanese Order of Engineers and Architects.
